The School invites all parents and friends of Linuwel to attend an engaging evening with our high school teachers, guest speakers and a Q&A session with a panel of Linuwel Alumni… our inaugural LIN-X!
We encourage parents who have children throughout all stages of the school to attend… From preschool to HS and everyone in between
Our focus for this meeting will be on the developing Senior School Program here at Linuwel, further expounding on our rationale for our approach to these important years for young people along with an update on how this first year has gone for all. We will also have the opportunity to hear about High School happenings, in general.
We are most fortunate to have Anne McLaughlin and DR Andrew Keyworth attend as guest speakers for the evening. Anne was responsible for developing and implementing the pathways programme to university and as such has a good overview of these options for our students. Dr Keyworth was educated at Glenaeon Steiner School and has three adult children who all attended L inuwel school. It’s all about allowing an opportunity for you, the parents, to feel well informed about our unique context.
We will also hear from some Linuwel Alumni who have agreed to come along to express their own personal perspectives on how their educational experience at Linuwel has helped shape their lives so far.
We will provide supper at the conclusion of the evening which will allow you more time to chat to our Alumni, teachers and one another!
